Boo Heffner, President & CEO Falck USA

Boo Heffner began his career in EMS in 1982 in Boise, Idaho, as a Paramedic. After graduating from Boise State University, he relocated to Reno, Nevada, to run the high performance public utility model REMSA. In 1996, he integrated the newly acquired AmeriStat companies for MedTrans Corporation as Divisional CEO with direct oversight of five companies in the Texas Gulf Coast area. Heffner was President for the West Emergency Services Group of Rural/Metro Corporation, and had direct oversight of seven states and over $120 million in revenue, centered on high performance 911 and Interfacility contracts. Heffner is now the President and CEO of Falck USA and is proud to be in his 29th year of an EMS career.
